How will I stay updated?
Anytime work is done on your behalf, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know work was just performed.You will also receive text and email notifications when you have deletions. This is to keep you in the loop so that you always know what’s going on with your credit files without having to constantly call in or email and/or wonder what’s going on. We totally understand the demands on your time, so we try to make the process as smooth as possible.
To access your account, please log into our secure portal and enter your membership credentials.
From there, you can access your account, review activity, exchange documents securely and monitor your overall progress.

*Responses from creditors typically take up to 60 days. Check your SecureClientAccess.com account periodically for a complete view of updated information. In the event you receive any correspondence from the credit bureaus or one of your creditors, please forward copies to us right away so we can update our records.
